stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

It was a pleasure to stay here! The hotel is really located in the Bandung city centre. We got a room with a very good view of the city, we can see Gazibu and Gedung Sate from our room. Excellent services! Staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The staff will ask if you need the additional amenities, appreciate it!
The bed was ,,queen-size'' but very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly, I can even work comfortably from the hotel with a good view of the city. The hotel has a mini playground for kid also!
I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.👍 Thank you for the complimentary chocolate cake!

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. I stayed for 1 full week in Fourpoints Bandung, travelling with family and kids. Hospitality was superb. Room clean and tidy. Staffs have been so helpful, especially in the resturant area. Notable mention to these staffs: Leo Niwan Faisal - Chef Nalendra Iswan GIna - Usher Even their supervisor (Pak Trio) greet us well during our stays in Fourpoints. They listened to feedback and always ready anytime the customers need help. Thumbs up! and Thank you.

Staying in this hotel is quite enjoyable. Although I took it not with breakfast. I happened to stay here because it was cheap and also close to the sate building (15 minutes walk). The hotel atmosphere is also comfortable and quiet because it is not on the roadside, plus there is a place to eat in front of the hotel also around a lot of janitors. So it's not a problem for my rubber stomach. Overall good, facilities are also ok. I'm sorry I didn't try the pool because I didn't have time.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

Located at Lembang, air was fresh and cool. The architecture of the hotel was breathtaking and a lot of places to take pics. I personally like the Kids Cads, as their are activities for kids and the caretaker is highly attentive and experienced in children education. Pool was great but due to rain, the heated pool still feels cold especially for kids. Room was not as spacious as we thought it would be, but it's just okay and mini bar was free. Coffee from Inspira was actually good and i had it several cups. The twin bed is too small even for me and my 4 yo toddler to sleep in. Despite the low occupancy during fasting month and a request note for large bed, we didn't manage to get what we wanted. Food was okay, but i wish they have more varities of food especially menus that are more kids friendly like pasta. We tried both restaurants, Semeja and Monomono, found that we like monomono better. The overall experience was good. My kid likes to feed the fish, swim and play at the kids Cads. I love the plants nursery and gym. All staffs are very friendly.

Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

TTravelingcowStandard hotel but location is nearby city center, although kinda heavy traffic when you need to take taxi, better walk to Asia Africa for faster access. Pool was standard and a bit crowded when we were there. Room is small but clean, hot water and pressure are good. Wifi is also quite fast. Check in process was smooth. They also okay if we ordered gofood/grabfood and let the food delivered to the concierge. Not many of hotels allow that.

GGuest UserI came in a big group, not at once though. Checking in was easy. Everyone in this hotel is friendly I think. Receptionist, room boy/girl, security, waiters and waitress, and also therapists. Parking area for cars are available at basement and sub-basement. There are two integrated lifts for guests. No access card needed to go to the upper floors. About restaurant, various food. They start opening at 6.10 am. Smoking area is available near stairs, at East. Ask for the ashtray as it is not provided on the table. Travelers who enjoy crowds are recommended to stay in this hotel. Located within the busy area of Braga, we can enjoy various culinary, hangout places, live music, night entertainment, etc.

GGuest UserI decided to stay in Pasar Baru Square merely because of the location that is near with almost everything. I got special price during Traveloka Epic Sale. I arrived very early in the morning and paid the Early Check In fee that is affordable. Here are some + and - points I encountered during stay. Positive: 1. The staff (Sec, FO, HK) are all friendly. Greeted us with smile whenever we passed by. Shout out to Neng Vina and Veni whom we met almost everyday also akang who helped us on Wed 13 morning. Thanks. 2. Location is perfect. You wouldn’t be troubled at finding places to shop and eat. Walking distance to Bdg Station, Alun2, Pasar Baru Oleh2, etc. Need to improve: 1. Cleanliness. Upon check in the floor wasn’t properly mopped, the bathroom had no bath mat maybe bcs we C/I early so the HK didin’t properly check it. But the next day they cleaned as I requested. Thank you. 2. Need to arrange pest control regularly as we found a lot of baby cockroaches inside the room during stay.

5 days in Bandung touring hotels and homestays, luckily the 2 nights here already had the best feeling compared to the other 3 hotels. The double combo restaurant and garden is really beautiful, just like in the sales window. Perfect view, restaurant, rooms, toilets are super clean and smell good, this is the main thing. I don't feel disgusted about staying here. The pillowcases are changed every day, this is really great. The room interior and location from the front to the inside of the room are really the best. Very beautiful. The unique, aesthetic lift reaches the basement so you can drag suitcases, you don't need to lift them, but you still have help when you lift them with security upstairs. And how come the elevator is really cute, bro? I really had the intention to make it, it's really artistic 😂🤩😍
