The Room was clean and the location was very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our only issue was that the walls are very thin and noise travels very easily.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have made it better was the spa hours. It is only open from 2-10 pm so after skiing we had to hurry to get to dinner and then after dinner it was after 10 pm when we arrived back at the hotel and we were looking forward to enjoying it in the morning before checkout but it was not open until 2 pm, so that didn't work either. We were very disappointed in this.

Highly recommend! Family suite was so clean, well organized and stocked with all essentials for dining in-room. We stay here annually for our family ski trip and it’s always amazing. Staff are friendly and efficient with an onsite restaurant that serves high quality food with fresh ingredients and fabulous service. The place to stay in Sun Peaks!

Just departed as I’m typing this review. Stayed overnight as part of the tour. It’s a quaint and cozy hotel nicely nestled on the peak. They have probably undergone a renovation. Everything looks so fresh. Room is nice. Bed is comfortable and the reception boy is very lovely. It’s near the chairlift but it wasn’t open. But you can walk up the conveyor belt (not sure what that is) to have a summit view. Overall it’s a five star hotel in terms of comfort.

My wife and I have stayed here many times and have always had good stays. The ski in and ski out is definitely a positive. My only concern is a minor one, but, would hope that the televisions in the rooms could be upgraded to be larger, and higher definition. Overall another good stay and we will be back.
