Well the hotel is clean and tidy but the service people can do better. If you came to look for rest and peace this is too noicy.

Pague un paquete por mas de 900 soles, para que em cambien de habitación super pequeña, el baño con cabellos por la ducha, super terrible, cometi el error de almorzar ahi mas de 2 horas que nos sirvan, luego pedi 2 mojitos a la habitación nunca llego, malisimo el servicio, jamas volveré a ese hotel.

Nos atendieron bastante bien. El servicio fue bastante positivo. La habitación cerca de la piscina. No tuvimos problemas de ningún tipo, a pesar que están haciendo arreglos en el tercer piso. Recomendable

To start. TV was missing from the wall, and air con did not work. Moved me ro a new room. Air con did not work..they did fix it.
Went to use the washroom, no toilet paper, no towels, no soap or shampoo. 45min later delivered items. Entire room, floor desk bed etc covered in thick layer of dust.
Front desk sold the room to someone alse and they opened the door and walked in the room as i was laying in bed with nothing but a towel!
Final straw at 9:30pm the resteraunt started karaoke at max volume...after riding my motorcycle for 10 hrs and wanting only to sleep i packed my bags and moved a few blocks down the road.
Absolute trash....one of the worst hetels i have experienced....and I travel a lot

Hotel sucio, sin protocolos covid, ruido terrible, basura y mal olor, insectos. Nunca lo recomendaría deberían sacarlo de su página es una estafa.

Me quede durante una noche, pero fue suficiente para no regresar. La terraza de la habitación totalmente sucia, al igual que casi todo el hotel lleno de polvo. Desde que ingresas ves que la recepción está descuidada y llena de polvo. Conseguí descuento por black friday y la verdad que no hubiera pagado más de lo que pague. Pedimos sopa seca y carapulca que estaba salado, de ahí no comimos más. Los cócteles más o menos. Habitación regular, encontré hormigas en la cama.

No vayan a este hotel , no cambian las sabanas a menos que lo pidas, la comida mucho que desear no tiene sabor nada de sazon y encima caro, el personal sobre todo la que limpia las habitaciones no tiene empatia y para colmo se molesta cuando le reclamas, mala experiencia con este hotel...no vayan
