Premier Inn Sunbury (Kempton Park)

Usual Premier Inn quality, nice air conditioned room, comfortable bed, and an ideal location. Exactly what we needed for a good night's rest.

Great stay at this hotel , lovely breakfast and dinner and staff all so friendly, nice big and clean rooms , come down for a wedding as my daughter in law was getting married but will always choose to stay here when visiting them from now as everything was so easy

The hotels customer service never disappoints, from reception to housekeeping everyone was friendly and always went the one step ahead. The breakfast was fresh, dinner was amazing. Will definitely return. The manager should be proud of you all.

Had an amazing experience here. All of my family came here recently & I couldn't fault it at all. Amazing customer service, I was accomidated to at 3am in the morning- due to my little boy being boiling hot and they managed to turn the air conditioning down to cool the room right down! Amazing hotel, amazing staff. I can't do anything but thank them all, and to top it all off the breakfast was absolutely amazing!

Decent PremierInn hotel, standard like most Premiers, you know exactly what you getting. Rooms on higher floor decent. Breakfast is fine, normal but worth the money. Car park is tight and costs £5 per night. Not far from Heathrow, about 30mins from Westfield shopping mall.

Overall Premier Inn remains to offer rooms offering a good nights sleep guaranteed. This is marketing rubbish. If you have a problem, and it can’t be sorted there and then, it’s tough luck for you I’m afraid. It’s just marketing rubbish, no real care for the customer. It’s pot luck if you get a good nights sleep, and the company doesn’t care.

Rundown needs alot of TLC, looks awful from outside. Scaffolding at the next buildings. Occupants next door several kids running up and down corridor, banging doors, screaming on. Room not very clean, only positive is bed ok. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my food order wasn't even busy. Would not recommend this hotel.

My hotel of choice for and visit I make to Twickenham for rugby matches. This year I stayed to attend the annual Army vs Navy Match. Convenient access to both rail and (if required) buses. Also motorway network nearby. Love the hotel as I’ve stayed 3 times and have already booked for May next year. Food is of a great quality as is the service. I suppose if I’m being ‘niggly’ the glass lift looks out on an area which would benefit from investment to make it less neglected looking. But, love the staff, hotel and facilities.

Lovely and clean but is need of refurb. The hotel is conveniently located. Has its own onsite parking. Our room was on the 5th floor, and you couldn't open the window! - but it was clean, spacious and comfy, the bed was great, pillows not so much! Breakfast was plentiful and mostly fresh , pastries were delicious, the cooked stuff was nice apart from the bacon which you could taste had been frozen, yuk.
