Our stay at The Palace of the Lost City was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — the valet, concierge, and housekeeping staff went above and beyond, surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout our visit. The food was exceptional, with every meal feeling like an experience in itself, and the views from the King’s Tower were absolutely breathtaking.
We stayed midweek, which made all the difference — it felt as though we had the entire resort to ourselves, a calm and private escape compared to the more crowded weekends. As much as we thoroughly enjoyed all our meals, the dessert menu could use a little upgrade to match the otherwise world-class dining experience.
A magical, serene getaway we’ll gladly return to.

We had an amazing stay at the Palace! The room was fabulous, as were the food and cocktails! Would defintiely stay again!

The accommodation is very beautiful and magnificent. The architecture looks luxurious and impressive. The swimming pool is large but quite old. The staff are not very friendly. Ordering food at the pool is very slow, so the staff had to go and get it.

The room was clean, spacious, and included a complimentary 75cl bottle of red wine.
The breakfast was plentiful, including oysters in the morning.
The service was exceptionally 5*. Every staff member was extremely professional, and from the moment you walked in, you'd feel their attentive service. If you feel unwell in the middle of the night, you can call reception and have an emergency team come to your room. The clinic is open until 7 a.m. and is free for guests.
Several hotels/******/welcome center (shopping mall) within the park are within walking distance or you can take their shuttle bus. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, you can dine at the welcome center. If you need to book activities, you can contact them to schedule a reservation; they have Mandarin-speaking staff.
