Our first impression of the Sundance resort was walking into the reception office and not being greeted by the concierge Brenda. In fact Brenda didn’t even lift her head from her computer screen to say hello. It was only after we were checked in by others and walked over to Brenda’s desk did she address us. Then, apparently Brenda forgot to make our dinner reservation for the next night and we were left with no table at the restaurant. We had to wait until someone got up and finished their dinner before we could get a table. Very underwhelming experience for the price you pay for this resort. Perhaps you need to find a new concierge.

Amazing ski instructors! My 5 year year old loved her ski instructors so much (she had 3 lessons between 2 different instructors). We were worried she’d be exhausted after 2.5hr lessons, but she all smiles and wanted to keep skiing when we picked her up. This was her first time skiing and by the 3rd day she really got the hang of it. A great place to learn to ski (and really fun for all ski levels). The whole family loved the overall a**osphere of the ski resort. The staff were so friendly and the food was amazing. We can’t wait to come back next year.
