Room smelt of dog uraine,floor had we patches think a ***** dog 🐶 pead on carpet ,room stunk to high heaven ,shame nice location , spoiled my birthday celebration 🎊

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Hotel was very clean and had a warm cosy feeling. The room was also clean and comfortable. Shame about the weather, very windy and too much rain, but would probably come back in summer to explore the sites and beach. Only came this time of year, as my daughter had an interview at the university. chips were a bit undercooked but good food otherwise.

We love staying here. We had a family room with lots of space and probably the comfiest beds I've ever slept in! So clean. Play area, bar lovely and staff really nice.

I've stayed many times with you. I had to send back both of my hot breakfasts, because they weren't hot. One.day only me dining. Other day just one other table occupied. Food was overcooked and clearly been stood waiting for an order to come thru. Everything was dried out and luke warm. Lazy cooking, as not bus y at all

2nd stay and still not improvement as the location is great though we give it another chance Room is clean but its the balcony that let's is down the glass doors or filthy table not cleaned down. had to do this our self balcony floor dirty and cigarette ends on the side of floor massive let down for a hotle with so much potential.

Nice large room, definitely worth paying for a balcony sea view as we enjoyed the evening there. Comfy but cleaning should be more thorough, the balcony was covered in cobwebs, balcony doors so filthy you couldn’t really see out of them and there was dust in the radiator. We did return dirty unused glasses from our bathroom to a staff member when we first checked in but no apology was offered. Staff are quite inattentive to guests. They largely ignored a queue of guests waiting to check in and there was no signage to say you could check in using screens or where the key cards were. Breakfast was nice. Would give it another go but there’s room for improvement.

The hotel looks nice and the location is interesting. We experienced a very loud neighborhood and most importantly a very uncooperative and unfrinedly hotel management. - not service orientated at all. There is a "disco" neighborung directly the northern part of the building which means that you are exposed to that noise during the eveneing. Food and drinks in the restaurant are ok - but expensive- nothing where you miss an experience if you didint have it. The room and bathroom were not kept clean and tidy enough. So overall the pricing of Lstg 158 per night and food and drinks: just dont do it..... There ar much better places around with fair prices.

Service first class. Cleanliness of room on arrival was not as good as it might have been; we didn't have the room serviced during our stay, preferring the free drinks instead. Breakfasts were a bit greasy with most things looking to have been deep fried.

Free drink in the bar if you forfeit getting your room cleaned the followings day - great idea!! No more cleaning rooms for the sake of cleaning rooms!!
