The hotel is strategic for Muay Thai event 2026 near riverfront. Staff very friendly and the price is reasonable. Will book again in future.

This is a really great value budget hotel in Sungai Petani. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was super cold. The location is truly strategic, making it very easy to find places to eat and shops nearby. The check-in process was also quick, and the staff were friendly. The only minor downside is that parking can be a bit limited during peak hours. Highly recommended for a short trip or business travel!

We chose a triple room. The hotel's exterior was lovely, but the room's facilities were quite old, and there were some moldy spots, indicating dampness. I was hesitant to use the hotel towels as they also looked very worn. However, the location is truly excellent, which was its only redeeming quality for us. Plus, there's a massage parlor and a cinema downstairs. The cinema is definitely worth checking out because of its unique design.

The hotel is nice and convenient for business, its near to shops and amenities, cafes, local foodplus ot is near cinema, i was surprised, thanks for the breakfast provided by the hotel, its simple but nice and save time. Its also near to taman jubli, where you can exercise and joh at nite time.

Booked a triple room. 1st night aircond didn't function, hot the whole night, the staff offered us the fan, at least able to sleep through especially during the heat wave season! 2nd night asked to change room, everything was good. Hope hotel do look into aircond service & maintenance issue.
Breakfast selections were limited to eggs & toasts with coffee & tea. That's about it. However, there are quite some selections of eateries around the area.
