My husband & I stayed here for 8 days for our BabyMoon. We really loved the hotel. We chose to have an ocean front view & we’re blown away by the beautiful scenery & we enjoyed the balcony every single day. Nothing beats waking up to the ocean. It was worth it! We used the gym -I was pleasantly surprised that they had a peloton. My husband loved the steam & sauna. It was so relaxing. We ate at Baleen kitchen a few times. We really enjoyed the sliders, tacos & the breakfast! We were bummed the pizza oven wasn’t working. We went to the beach everyday & I love that we got beach chairs & towels each day to relax for hours & swim. Our room was cleaned well each day. We used our kitchen too. The staff outside & inside was amazing to us, especially the receptionists- Juan Carlos & Andre. We really appreciated their great customer service. Overall we had a great experience & we would return! Maybe next time with baby.

The location is beautiful, the staff were friendly and the rooms were so clean and spacious for our family. we would definitely stay here again.

Anıl was the best receptionist we ever had! He made sure we had everything we needed! Helped us navigate the places we wanted to go around the hotel! He is kind and very helpful. Definitely will be back, we loved the location of this hotel! Jess & ozge

We stayed in room 602B from 6 May to 17 May 2024. The main light switch in the room isn't connected to any light. I reported it to reception within minutes of entering the room. An engineer was sent to the room and was informed that has not worked for a long time. It does not have a Celling or roof lamp to connect to. What has been done which is very dangerous is they have screwed a hook into the celling near the balcony which is the other side of the room and hung a lamp from twisted wire and plugged it in behind the fridge which was made up from two very old fridges. When entering the room in the dark we had to find our way to the balcony to switch on the makeshift and which it seems is the permanent main light switch. The staff in the dining area are very poor except for one lady who served us the coffee at breakfast on the 15 May. We had breakfast on two mornings and we had one evening meal in the restaurant and had drinks on two other nights. All but one that I mentioned earlier are useless and rude including the managers in charge on each occasion. A particular mention to the bar manager at night with the glasses who is in charge of the drinks. They only serve bottled beer but he doesn't supply the bottle with glass and I know that I ordered each time Stella Artois and that was not in the glass, it was some other which I think was Nobel Wolf. Another issue on the 16 May at breakfast I saw a waitress with blond hair pick up two place mats that were on the floor for at least 30 minutes and place them on a table without even a thought of cleaning the or replacing with other clean ones. They all except one need training. I think they would be well served to learn how to treat the customers. I think they don't know any better and that is why they are the way they are. they should all bar one be brought to each and every one of the restaurants where they can see how to treat customers. As any one in business knows you are only as good as your last customer.

First time we stayed in Sunny Isles. Beach area was beautiful. Very clean and spacious rooms! Beds were extremely comfortable. Great views from balcony. Staff at beach and valet very polite and helpful! We will definitely be back to Solé Miami!

The room was clean, but a little out dated. The sockets in the bathroom didn’t work, which isn’t something that would usually bother me, but this bathroom mirror was the only mirror in the room which made getting ready and doing your hair almost impossible. I had paid for a ‘sea view’, which is what we got, with a side of dusty/rusty roof top, but this didn’t matter too much as although you get a balcony, you don’t get any outdoor furniture to sit on to enjoy the view. On arrival, there is reservation fee of $100 per day, applied to your card, plus a charge of $45 per day to use the facilities (pool, beach etc) I maybe should have done more research into the hotel before booking. Before we even got started $1200 was pending from my account. The location of the hotel is good, the beach is lovely but pool is a joke, small and often crowded. There is an outside seating area between the pool and the beach access that was closed for most nights as well. I enjoyed my holiday, I wouldn’t come back to this hotel, and I’m not too sure that I would recommend it
