Nice hotel and easy to stay

They staff at the hotel are so nice. The stay there was super comfortable.

Unresponsive front desk team. Called the hotel trying to let them know that I would arrive late after midnight due to a long drive so they could not cancel my reservations. They first put me on hold multiple times with a long wait, but never got back to me. I tried calling and was not able to get through. Tried to get a friend to call and still did not get through. Called Marriott customer service toll free and they could not reach this hotel's front desk either. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk. Unlike all Marriott's hotels with 24/7 front desk, it was closed. It is a sizable hotel. There was a group of people singing in the lobby at 1:30am in the morning. I asked them if there was anyone at the front desk, they said it's closed. No one at the front desk. The entire situation was odd. As of this writing, I still was not able to reach the front desk, let alone receive full refund back. I did not check in nor stay in that hotel. But they eventually provided full refund after enlisting help from the third party booking platform to get the money back. Through this process, they still lie and made false accusations without owning up their responsibility. They blamed me for not showing my ID when in reality was there was no one at the front desk to check in guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to their unresponsiveness.

Great hotel, comfortable spot in central location , had all desired amenities needed

Terrible experience! I booked 13 nights double queen suite from mid Dec to early Jan for my parents. First, the double queen suite pictures on ******* are fake, no separate room, just a table next to bed. Then, it was noisy at night since next to an Avenue (heavy traffic). Third and the worst thing, the room never got cleaned until we asked, no house cleaning for 4 nights in a row, and we have to ask; the another 4 nights no room cleaning. I asked the front desk, and they said because the holiday, can I not pay the room fee on holiday? No room clean for hotel on holiday? That’s ridiculous! Never come back!

Super nice room for a great price. Will definitely stay at another Marriott again

The property does not clean the room expect if you request formally, and even in this case they clean the bathroom and did not make the bed. There is no water in the room you have to buy and carry with you to the room.
