It seems that the room was renovated in 2019. The room has been renovated, but the elevator is very old. Picture 1 is the door outside the elevator door. The inside is completely closed and very old, so I have to climb the stairs outside for a few days. It's very noisy, and I don't feel safe going out at night. There are many restaurants around the hotel, the service staff in the lobby are very good, and there is free unlimited coffee and boiled water supply.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is friendly, professional, helpful and ready to serve. Adam always has my paperwork and room key ready and waiting when I arrive. The service is always top notch. The morning manager Mary Ellen always greets me warmly and always has fresh coffee brewed at the crack dawn and earlier. Thanks.

The service I have received since I arrived has been excellent. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpfull. The housekeeping has great staff. This is a great team of people working in this hotel. They all go out of their way to help.

The housekeeper skip our room to clean. Another time, didn't change the bed, didn't clean the shower, didn't give us coffee, no tissue. Didn't sweep the floor. Very bad service.
