I've stayed at this hotel three times, and overall it's very comfortable.
1. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of knives, utensils, tableware, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher
3. Parking is in the basement and is very safe with an access fence.
4. The waiters are very friendly
5. Housekeeping is done once every two days
6. Breakfast is ordinary, usually scrambled eggs, meat *****s, bread, and fruit.
7. There is a Korean supermarket next door to the hotel and a Safeway supermarket diagonally opposite. It is within a five-minute walk and is very convenient.
8. There is a donut shop and a Chinese restaurant next door

The front desk staff is always my favorite way to be greeted on my weekly business stay in Santa Clara.
Jennifer and Taeli always make me smile with their friendly welcome and engaging personalities. They are the 'face' of my engagement with Hilton and one of the main reasons I return each week. Whatever they are paid does not come close to their value. Honestly, without them, I would probably try out other hotels.
