Very clean Hotel. The staff was very helpful and quick customer services was provided. We order food from the hotel and it was very tasty and delicious. Hot water is available, clean bathroom. It was very cold in the room so we called and ask for extra blankets and they helped was to get more blankets. Must stay here when visiting Vrindavan.

Terroble hotel. Broken washroom. Rude always say NO staff. Horrible receptionist. Very bad experience of 2 days. This hotel and owners misuse mercy of lord krishna but rip off customers. Restaurant serves food which will only be spicy. Brreakfast is average

Two large rooms were provided at a very reasonable price in the suit form. Very spacious with fridge etc. Bad thing was the beds were not comfortable; they were too soft and sinking in the middle. Please get a proper bed with a mattress and box spring.

We had been to Vrindavan with friends for holy trip. Hotel staff was very cooperative, courteous and supportive. Although after check out from the hotel in the morning, great hospitality was extended again in the afternoon and evening. The food was delicious. The Rooms were spacious. However, the washrooms were bit smaller in size.

Apart from food I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Staff were least bothered about their guests , I felt like not hu***s but the have machines put in. No smile or greetings bu staff.

Best place to stay in Vrindavan we find this hotel in the might night . Neat &clean rooms at reasonable price . Whole hotel staff is very humble nd help fully. Satisfied with the provided . Also food was very tasty .radhey radhey

Hotel location is very good near to Prem ***dir 1 km and banke bihari temple 2.5km form hotel . Anywhere going to hotel take riksha . Rooms was neat clean and rooms service is quick . Staff was humble also guide to how to reach any temple . Nice stay with family I recommend to all.

I BOOKED DOUBLE DELUX ROOM THROUGH ONLINE AT TIME OF CHECK IN THEY PROVIDE TINY ROOM TO US WE 3 PERSON AND THEY NOT PROVIDE EXTRA MATTRESS ALSO....AFTER ARGUMENT THEY SAYS PAY EXTRA 2000 AFTER WE PROVIDE YOU BETTER ROOM..

Had plenty of expectation seeing the ratings in Tripadvisor but the stay experience turned our to be very average. Let me list it out in order to help you o make a stay decision: Pros: 1. 20 minutes walking distance from Ishkon temple. Location was fine though not in the middle of the town ( though none of the larger hotels are in the at the center of the town) 2. Hotel rates were in line or slightly better than the other comparable hotels. 3. Breakfast was OK- Puri, Chole, Poha, Tea, Sandwich& Aloo Paratha. standard stuff Cons: 1. Rude and non cooperative staff. Had ordered water bottles in the room . Was not delivered. Room had Tea kettles and cups but no spoon on the first day and no tea bags on the second day ( after daily housekeeping). No attention to detail 2. Commode and basin had large strains and watermarks. Plumbing was loose in places. Shall not be staying again.
