Hotel Peppertree Bend, BW Premier Collection

Great service

Close enough to downtown and on the side heading to Mt. Bachelor and close to a nice ice skating rink part of Bend Parks and Recreation. Heard it turns to a roller rink in the summer

Great hotel. Unhappy with the housekeeping situation. We were only provided 3 towels to begin with, for a party of 4. When we went down to the front desk (because our phone didn't work, which no one ever came to fix despite me telling front desk about it) and asked for more towels, they said they were all being washed and they'd bring them up when dry. This never happened. We put our trash can in the hallway as directed, but staff took the entire trash can instead of just emptying it. So we had 1 trash can for a room with 4 people including 2 small children, and I didn't put it out in the hallway because I was afraid it would just be taken instead of emptied.

I come once of year to the state of Oregon and only stay at the Peppertree. The staff is great, you can dine there, and most importantly I feel safe with my kids there. Last the pool is great.

Was every clean and the environment was safe.

In general we had a very nice stay at the Peppertree. We were there for a conference and had signed up for the conference room rate, which is cheaper than regular rates. Then we decided to go a day earlier and made another reservation. We discovered we could not combine the two reservations, but needed to move out of our first room to move to the “conference” room rate, which is cheaper rooms with less view, on the other side of the hotel. Sigh. We are grateful that Erica, manager, advocated on our behalf and we DID get to stay in the same room. Yea! It was slightly confusing though and we felt like an explanation earlier on would have been helpful. The property itself - lovely, modern, minimal, just my style.
