Costa Nova Holiday Apartments

The beauty of Costa Nova was the management by Lou and Derek combined with the perfection of Costa Nova. The perfect combination. We have been staying at many apar**ents but this combination was the best of the best. The apar**ent of 2 bedrooms was huge, clean and classy. Every request was handled immediately. We stayed 2 weeks. The ocean was so close you felt you could touch it, smell it, taste it, and hear it: perfect. So beautiful and relaxing. Our hosts went the extra mile by driving us to our choice of restaurant. Over the top and just fabulous. We will miss Lou and Derek. Lots of wonderful coffee shops and restaurants, plus the amazing Sunshine Beach newly renovated Surf Club. Colleen Pask

We spent 2 weeks in the Apar**ent, relaxing in sunshine and enjoying relief from the cold, wet winter down south. Our apar**ent was spotless and well appointed including full size fridge. All bedding provided and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. From our large balcony (on level 3), we had sensational views and spent the days watching whales, dolphins and surfers using the very comfortable outdoor furniture. We fell asleep to the gentle sound of waves lapping the shores and woke to some of the best sunrises I've seen. Within easy walking distance there are several great restaurants, bottle shops, local general store and the local surf club is just across the road (patrolled beach). With bus stop outside, Noosa is close enough if you want the high end shopping, Woolies, Cinema etc but we personally really enjoyed the "quieter" area of Sunshine Beach for a more relaxed vacation. The complex has "designated" undercover parking (numbered for each apar**ent) which is a big plus, along with a few spots for visitor car parking which was appreciated. . The Managers were fantastic to deal and provided easy instructions for our "after-hours arrival". Overall, we were very impressed with our stay and will certainly be returning in the future. This must be one of the best holiday rentals at Sunshine Beach. Directly across from the newly renovated surf club with its wonderful restaurant and bar, all rooms have magical views over the ocean. The apar**ent we stayed in was very spacious and well appointed. I have to give a shout out to the wonderful managers, Louise and Derek. Louise is a smiling, ever happy presence and nothing is too difficult for Derek. He gave me a tour of the complex and gave me and our family some interesting insights into the cultural and aboriginal heritage of the area. Plus both managers were able to provide us with superb recommendations for restaurants at Sunshine Beach and Noosa. I am a proud ethical vegetarian and they were able to identify options that satisfied both me and my wife, who happens to be an unrepentant carnivore (but enough about that!) I cannot recommend Costa Nova highly enough!

This is the 4th time we have stayed here. There are new Managers' Lou and Derek and they are lovely. They are very accommodating and they are very happy to talk to you and help in any way. This is the first time we have stayed at apar**ent number 2. We had fantastic ocean views and a spa bath on the balcony. Very spacious. We have previously stayed in apar**ents' 1 and 5. Looking forward to our next stay. What we especially like about Costa Nova is that you have your own entrance and car space, nobody is running past your door. Its quiet, has uninterrupted views of the ocean. The surf club is diagonally across the road and there are several restaurants, cafes and shops just around the corner approximately a 3 min walk. There is a bus stop across the road so what more do you want. We relax and we enjoy the views and go home feeling we have had a great holiday. There are lots of places of interest within an hour to explore. We always go to a new place each time. A great place and a great location.

Excellent location, well maintained. 2nd bedroom at rear of building small and claustrophobic with 1 small window high up. Small bath in main bathroom. All this OK as we are a couple and not a family but the blankets on all beds are synthetic, not wool, and not sufficient to keep us warm.
