The guy who checked us in Friday night was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and odorless. The continental breakfast was good and the hostess was very nice and greeted us and asked if there was anything she could help with. We stayed 2 nights and I was surprised we had maid service after the first night. That doesn't happen much anymore. Even if the location was a little off the beaten path I would recommend this hotel.

The evening staff were helpful and respectful. The day crew were rude, yelling at kids. Not much for breakfast options. Lady took stuff out of the breakfast counter and took her 15mins to refill the tray with muffins and biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. Did not stay on top of the coffee. The pool never had enough towels. We had dirty towels left in our room and when we went to ask for more towels they didnt have any. Stated they were in the dryer.

My boyfriend and I come here all the time. Anywhere from 1-4 time's a month. The hot tub is always hot staff's always nice and always usually quiet.

Friendly staff Was helpful that they had no issue with charging the car on the outside outlet. Duluth/ Superior has poor fast charging options at this time so this was greatly appreciated. Also had a sauna that was nice and hot. Will return when back in the area.

This was our second time staying here. Clean room and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet, no loud obnoxious people. We didn't use the pool this time but last year when we stayed it was clean, the entire pool area was well maintained and we had fun. Overall, this is a great hotel and in my humble opinion, for what it's worth, I would recommend staying here.
