Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

We were very comfortable, personal reception very well arrived at 3 a.m. and we were attended with checking,clean,plate shower large comfortable beds very unique pega is that we asked for a marriage bed and put 2 beds and as we were so late we passed ,a little away from Madrid but you save money, ideal for a night if you go to Portugal or Extremadura . well very well.

Hotel Central, acceptable pvp quality. Hears a lot of street noise and more of the rest of guests. No bath gel, nor shampoo for the shower. I would like to make a special mention to the Pepi and Vero cleaners who left me perfectly clean the room and were very kind to me. I want to thank Pepi, Vero and Almudena for their professionalism and excellent work and attention.

The hotel is very beautiful with common areas full of details. There are very comfortable beds and proper cleaning. The terrace and beautiful bar area with very good food. Fruit and breakfast with everything necessary. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We have returned with the feeling that this hotel is missing a star, it is worth 3* as it is. Heading from France to south of Spain we have decided to step by Warner park in Madrid. The hotel/park combo has proposed this hotel . 20’ drive from the park this hotel was a great surprise. Nice welcome , early arrival , large room for 4 and restaurant staff very much helpful to handle our limited knowledges of Spanish . The evening dinner from the terrasse was a lovely moment in family . No question I recommend it for a local step by .

Very good location, in front of Renfe and above a great shopping centre. Easy access, reserved parking and free within the shopping centre. Large rooms, bed and cottages very comfortable. Full and spacious bathroom. Very friendly staff. We will return!!!

The location is just before you reach the locality of Illescas, in an industrial polygon. It is well decorated. Good attention, and rices are fabulous. Exquisite lubin. It is quiet and the posters for nothing defraud. It is a restaurant that is not usually full**** at the maximum and therefore offers quite privacy.

Definitely a business hotel on the outskirts of Madrid in a fairly unattractive location. Rooms comfortable with a weird glass boxed shower right in the middle. Sort of looks cool but novelty soon wears off. Breakfast was bad, wifi good. It's a taxi ride from anything. Well, maybe a 10 minute walk from a KFC. So overall, price reasonable, service fairly good, rooms fine. Don't stay there unless you've got a reason to be in the neighbourhood.

El hotel está junto a la carretera, en la vía de servicio por lo que es muy cómoda su entrada. Dispone de parking con algunas plazas cubiertas por tejado. Suele estar bastante frecuentado y yo creo que de ahí sus precios que me parecen demasiado altos para lo que ofrecen. La habitación me costó 70€. Las instalaciones no están mal pero no se puede usar el ascensor, no creo que esté de decoración, imagino que el servicio lo usará. Las habitaciones están limpias y bien aisladas del ruido exterior. El baño es amplio aunque las toallas podían ser de mejor calidad. El gel y champú de sobre, de lo más barato. El colchón es cómodo y se descansa. El restaurante que hay en la planta baja es similar, algo caro para lo que ofrece. También hay una barra de bar detrás de recepción, junto al restaurante.
