The hotel is a strategic location. Near eatery places and Tunjungan Plaza.
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Thumbs 👍 I will stay here again for a future trip to Surabaya.

We came a bit earlier than check in time and was allowed to directly go to our room.
We got welcome drinks that we could take at the 12th floor resto (that was next to the pool). The scenery from the roof top was great.
The room is spacious and clean.
There is enough space to hang our clothes.
AC worked well, and was not loud.
We had many choices for breakfast.
The taste of the food was quite good in general.
Tunjungan Street is just 5mt walk. Tunjungan Plaza is around 15mt walk.

The location of the hotel is not bad, not far from Sogo Depar**ent Store, about 20 minutes walk. There is also a night market nearby, and it is not far from Independence Square. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the front desk service is warm. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, and free drinks are provided. Good review!

We stayed in 2 different rooms: economy and suite.
I don’t recommend economy, the room is too small and the windows don’t open = musty smell and stuffiness, unless you constantly run the air conditioner.
I liked the suite, it’s spacious, there is a work desk and an armchair, a small sofa, a refrigerator, large panoramic corner windows
The hotel itself has problems with ventilation in the corridor, it is incredibly stuffy. The rooftop restaurant is not bad, but they add +20% (tax + service)
The location is good, close to the pedestrian area
