The hotel is good... The staff are friendly, the pool is dirty, but the view is nice. nice rooms, facilities are also ok. But it's a shame that it's quiet so you'll be afraid to walk alone at night... Breakfast is pretty good. .

Very rubbish service. First of all, I booked a garden view room when I checked into the hotel. Even if I was not given a garden view room, I opened the window and faced the parking lot, which is where the parking is. Then it was very difficult to communicate with the hotel. It was not easy to change rooms. I was willing, but the attitude was not friendly. In the end, I paid more to get a room with a pool view. The change of attitude was faster than flipping through a book. It was amazing! It doesn’t matter if Indonesians are poor, they are obsessed with money. As for the swimming pool, it's even more ridiculous. Just look at the pictures...these are all wearing the same swimsuit and are taught swimming by coaches. This is a hotel, not a place that charges for swimming training during summer vacation. What kind of rubbish hotel. All of them have bad reviews. Rubbish rubbish! The most rubbish overseas hotel I have ever stayed in. If I hadn't gone to Bromo volcano, I wouldn't have stayed here. I won't go there either. Sanitary conditions are also very average. When you go to the airport and get a taxi to the hotel, there is no one to help you with your luggage. In short, the service is very poor. Vomited 🤮
