I am very blessed Oakwood receptionist upgrade me to family room with only 50% of the regular price. The room is super nice, big and clean. It has kitchen, living room and a dining table. It even has washing machine. We felt very comfortable staying there. All the bed sheets and pillow and bolster are clean. I am definitely going back to this hotel. The location also very strategic.

I enjoyed the location, enjoyed the size of the room. Quite enjoyed the amenities, from coffee machine to the washer/dryer. The staff are nice and accommodating. Having said that, we had several issues for the short one night stay that we were there at.
1. The air conditioner in the master bedroom couldn't be controlled via the thermostat. We couldn't even turn it off when the room became quite chilly. Called the maintenance, they couldn't do much about it. Very disappointing.
2. Having utensils helped, but we found a dirty knife with clear food residue smeared on it. So clearly the cleaning service didn't bother checking it. Made me question the cleanliness of everything else. Also found a used mask inside one of the drawers. Yuck.
3. Some of the towels smell like they weren't cleaned/dried properly. Some of them also have clear stains (brownish, purplish..). Disturbing.
All-in-all, quite a disappointing stay in my book.

It is located right next to Galaxy Malls so you have a decent place to hang out. If you need a place near the basketball courts GOR CLS at Kertajaya Indah Timur, this is within walking distance!
