Under 300K across from TP1. Really a value buy! Want to eat, walk, cultural center, shopping, all walking distance. The compact size of the room is not a problem at all, as long as all the facilities are clean. That's enough!

The reception was good, including the first look at the room, but when we wanted to go to sleep we discovered very dirty sheets and pillows, and the fan in the shower did not work, which is why it was very hot in the shower room, the shower itself actually works. not and the light could not be turned off either. All in all, not the best sleeping opportunity, certainly not for us!?

The location is very good, opposite the shopping mall. It was kept relatively clean, small but reasonably laid out, and there was no accumulation of water in the bathroom. Overall good value for money.
