Sheraton Surabaya is conveniently located right next to the 2nd largest shopping mall in Indonesia. So for travellers who are not keen to travel too far or trapped in the traffic, this would be the best choice for you!!
Was a tad disappointed that our sleep got disturbed by the renovation in the morning. Really hope the hotel management could pay more attention to that. Otherwise, a great hotel that we will return to again.

Good, clean, friendly, the water has a slight smell, breakfast is delicious and lots of variety, the rooms are quite airtight and comfortable, the parking lot is very large and there is a connection to the mall so finding food is easy, the service is very friendly

I didn't really understand why the room that had been reserved and paid for was not available. Finally I was offered to move hotels and I objected because the hotel offered had lower stars which meant the room rate was cheaper than what I paid for a deluxe room at the Sheraton. Finally, after a tiring debate over the telephone, I was moved to an apartment room at the Sheraton, but the condition of the apartment was very bad. musty, old furnished as if rarely left in, for me who is allergic to dust and dirty air it is really uncomfortable to stay in a musty room for a long time even though the room is big. I couldn't rest comfortably, early in the morning I rushed to check out, couldn't stand staying there

First night stay in Surabaya. In general, the location is good, you can go directly to the mall without leaving the hotel; the room is large and has a kitchen; the breakfast is rich.
The main problem is that the room hardware is old, the bath water is small, and the room has a damp smell, although the room looks like it has been repainted. People who are sensitive to smells should not choose this restaurant.
