Very uncomfortable with such narrow parking.
It's difficult to get to the hotel if Taman Bungkul has an event going on.
The room lacks light and the hallway is stuffy

I like its strategic location. The rooms are just standard and quite clean. The cot (not a bed, a cot) is not comfortable because it is hard if your feet touch it and it hurts and it is dangerous if the children are actively running around the room. The bedroom light doesn't work. There is no telephone line to the receptionist and/or room service or I couldn't find it even though I searched, so if you have a complaint (the AC isn't cold) you have to go down to the lobby first.

Overall very disappointing. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel. The lobby is very small and narrow. I booked 2 rooms of the highest type, executive suite connecting for 1 night and planned to extend for 1 more day. Overall the double bed room is ok, but the 2 single bed room is very worrying. The AC is old and not cold enough, the TV is an old school type/not yet a smart TV, there is no vinyl flooring under the bed so there is a lot of dust. Narrow restaurant. What's even more worrying is that when I wanted to extend, I informed the receptionist about the above conditions and was told to pay a fine of 250 thousand on the grounds that I shifted the bed and damaged it. Even though the condition of the bed box from the start was peeling. Because I was too lazy to argue, I finally paid and didn't extend my stay / move to another hotel.
