- without hot water for bathing - with no hairdryer for each room - only three hairdryer for the whole hotel - the drainage is not working, nearly flooded when showering - there is not wire for the phone which i was unable to call for room service - the bed sheets are quite dirty, have some stains on them -5 people only 1 cup

Booked the smallest room. Enough for a night, since we left in the morning. Aircon cold enough for us to sleep well thru the night. Super rare to find foldable bench on the shower & foldable luggage rack in the room, although the rack is broken. No space to put bottles im shower, and the rain shower didn't work. Interior finishing is rusted & dirty....needs some improvement.

Nice modern, funky looking hotel, convenient to City Malls. Nice room, clean towels, bedding, TV hot shower. Kettle, water and tea provided. Room made up on our absence and clean towels left. Cafe/Restaurant in lobby and seems a popular place. Nice roof terrace with great views over the city albeit a bit soulless, needs brightening up to be in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Had a a great DJ with good music. All the staff very helpful and polite. Supermarket, coffee shops and few restaurants within walking distance. Used the Grab App for transport everywhere, so cheap
