very comfy, i booked for deluxe but there were no room available so my room was upgraded, thanks to the staff for being professional and helpful. breakfast was good and quite lots of choices (western and indonesian) from pancakes, indonesian traditional food, and chinese food like fried rice etc. room was clean but can be cleaner (i found few little insects but that was actually fine for me. overall very recommended and the hotel is located in the center of the city so this one is a plus! 🤩

What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Nice cheap hotel with superb location. Only a few minutes walk to Taman bungkul and Surabaya zoo. The hotel has a small pool for adults. Gym a bit small with limited equipment.

rated excellent location service amenities cleanliness but housekeeping to watch on quantity of toiletry like shampoo conditioner and lotion - to has 2 set instead 1 for couple and full content rather portion . Instruction to be display where light panel is hidden .

I know this hotel is quite old but classic and and worth the price. The room is very wide, i like that so much. Bcause nowdays all new hotels is just standart and to small like studio type. This hotel is family friendly, because of the wide room, and al the facility that all we needed. Not that high but the view from the room is still good. Surabayaaaa what else you can see than cityview? Haha. Anyway, very recommended for those who like wide room and near from mall, foodcenter, and all you need.

The hotel has a clean feel, staffs are efficient, friendly and helpful! We had Stephenjen check us in and was so helpful with our early check in and also sound us out about our booking as we had double booked by mistake; the Grand Kitchen breakfast had quite a nice selection of food for breakfast. The staffs were really friendly, efficient and hardworking! Special shout out to Ms Citra, who made us feel welcomed, Tri and Randi who were helpful and hardworking! Thank you for these lovely people who reflect the people and culture here - kind, respectful and service oriented.

nice hotel and nearby to attraction. I had work at West Surabaya but stay at the center was a great decision. Near to the cafes and restaurants. also you can meet the car free day on sunday morning! the bed at quest always excellent and minimum noise.
