We stayed here a couple of nights. Check-in was quick and easy, the room clean, and the bed comfortable. We had the included breakfast the first morning and it was fine, the lady working in there kept everything in order and was cleaning up as needed. There is one thing however, it's not really a negative and it didn't effect my final score but there isn't much to see in the general area and it can be difficult finding transportation if you are out walking.

The hotel service is very good. It's personal and it's important that employees pay attention. Very friendly people, clean rooms, everything in the new room, overall very good, will stay again.

We had to spend just one night before taking the ferry at good time the next morning and we chose this hotel . Super !!! Not disappointed !!! The hotel is very well placed ! The hotel is very clean and very clean. In the room, the bed is especially big, you can even sleep at 4 so the bed is large, everything is functional, a large office full of electrical takes, a beautiful shower, even the shampoo and the shower freezing feel good, everything is perfect. The only small blame: a big hiding cord that separates the room from the shower room, and toilets...a little disturbing for the toilets... and the white plastic shower cord that denotes with the super decor of the room... but sincerely for the The staff is really adorable. Perfect for short time stay. Considering the price, rooms are good. Hotel staff were helpful. Location is very good. (View from the hotel is in the photo) If you’re going to koh samui, the Seatran (the ferry company) Office is within 500m, so this would be the best place to stay overnight and catch the bus/ferry for Koh samui from here.

The rooms are very clean. The housekeeper is cute, good at talking, turns down, replenishes things all the time, cute, clean towels, clean bathroom. Receptionist - Night shift male, soft spoken, good service. staff breakfast You have to be more eloquent when asking for a breakfast card. Breakfast should have more fruit juice than orange juice, such as pineapple juice or grape juice.

Extremely helpful staff. We originally booked a river room but it wasnt really for us. When we asked to change to a garden room they were very fast at sorting it ojt. Bar staff were amazing too

One soon gets the feeling that management policy is cutting corners. From the lack of product in the bathroom, thin towels, extra thin toilet paper, thin tissues on the breakfast table etc. Having said all that, this rather large hotel is well designed with a beautiful foyer reception area. Pool is rather ordinary though. Our room is large with a sofa and a small balcony. Riverview is minimal from our balcony. The most interesting thing for us about the river is a house built in the river and takes up most of the river in front of the hotel... quite bazar. See photo

Hubby and I stopped in Surathani in transit to our next destination. 2 nights which was enough for us to rest after a day travelling and to check out this famous transit point on our way yo Railay. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was a street back off the the Ta Pi River Esplanade and a short walk from our bus drop off (Phan theep Transfers) arriving from Koh Tao (we purchased a ferry and minivan combo ticket. Excellent option. We try to opt for easy and not expensive, easy first preference). Hotel is on a corner and has artificial grass in front of hotel entrance. You can't miss it. Hotel is well presented, clean, staff friendly, good sized room and hot water. The bed was a little hard, lets say a coin will probably bounce off it easily, but to our surprise, even though the mattress and pillows were firm, we didn't wake up with a sore back, so pretty much ok. We were on the 4th floor and hardly any noise from traffic below even with all the traffic noise. It was a Thai public holiday as they were celebrating the anniversary of the late kings death( 13th October). Colourful and ornated floats along the Esplanade and down the main street of the hotel. The floats were spectacular with monks showering everyone with water blessings. Heaps of food stalls. The air-conditioning was a pain, as with many in Resorts and hotels. For some reason, they dont work according to the temp setting and fan speed. Turned up to 27 degrees on lowest fan setting and it was still cold in the room. If you turned it off, it too hot. We slept with heads at foot of bed so the cold air didn't hit our face. What do you do, its sane same mostly everywhere. Unfortunately no kettle and tea/coffee facility in room. They do have this available in lobby from 5 to 10am only for free. There are coffee shops outside hotel though especially Mary's Cafe. Another disappointment for us, cause we are veggos and western, they don't provide breakfast and we couldn't find Western food that suited us non meat and Asian palette. Plenty of Thai food but we didnt like that for breaky. We walked over to the otherside of the river to their sister hotel CBD Hotel 2, as they served breaky so we purchased a buffet style for 150 baht each. You can opt to stay here also if you wish. Its right on the river and about 15 minute walk. Wasnt an issue walking there because on the way stopped of at the City Shrine and walked around Koh Lamphu Park ( a health park and well worth a visit. Its an island accessible by bridge. Views of the River also. We are early birds so plenty of time before breaky). Fruit for lunch was enough but there is a little Thai Vegan restaurant (another lucky find. Turn left exiting the hotel and down that road opposite the fire station). But only open to about 1pm we think. There is another hotel that includes breakfast near the River on and sane side as CBD hotel called Harbour Front but no idea what the rooms are like or reviews. We chose CBD due to the reviews

Once you land at Suratthani airpot, then take the shuttle bus to the last station and turn left, walk straight. You will see the hotel's sign so clearly. It is so easy to find. Tye room are clean but I was not impress much about the services. The hotel is quite old but great renovate. The location is great. You can find street food so easily in the morning and evening.

We took the ferry then bus back from Samui, our flight was early the next day. We booked into the hotel as it is close to the airport, only ab10 minute car journey. It'd absolutely perfect for a over night stay. I think its fair to say, no one will come and stay at the hotel for longer than a night or two, there is nothing nearby. The cafe is excellent, prices are reasonable and the swimming pool is a good added extra. The rooms are fine, comfy bed, good shower and clean. Would certainly recommend this place, especially for the price. We got a taxi to the airport from the hotel which cost us 200 baht.
