Aging hotel with very poor maintenance, bar and restaurant facing the river is closed and abandoned!
We spent just one night on an evening stopover and it was more than enough.
Only the view from the room was "enjoyable".
I do not recommend this hotel.

The bed and various amenities are very good. Located in the middle of the city, it's very easy to find a hotel. The restaurant staff are very cute and attentive, but the night reception staff (male) don't smile at all. At first, I didn't check all the information (I almost didn't eat breakfast) and there were still two rooms that were still dirty. One room had cockroaches and another room had hair from someone I don't know.
