"I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I visited during the May Day holiday, and there was a Caucasian woman at the front desk who had a bad attitude; she was cold and dismissive when I asked questions. I got angry right there at the front desk. Once she saw I was upset, her attitude changed a bit. The only thing I can say is that the view from the hotel's common area is decent, but the in-room facilities are a bit dated. I've seen the view now, and next time I'll choose Langham. No need to put up with bad service."
