Was there a few years ago, a lot of negative changes have taken place, the entrance and the hall are no longer so nice. Room musty, bathroom not clean, strange hair on the floor.

My wife and daughter stayed here, and I am very satisfied. However, I couldn't see the sea, so it was upgraded to a sea view room. The entire Ctrip booking process is very smooth and convenient, and Ctrip's service is very good, praise 👍

Beautiful spacious rooms and the pools are lovely! The jacuzzi is super nice. It’s great to have 2 bathrooms! Only issue is noisy guests.

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel in Surfside. From the moment we arrived, the valet attendant greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome letter and a bottle of Prosecco to start our kid-free weekend. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made our stay special. We also want to congratulate Stéphane Caporal for running such a well-managed hotel — it really shows in every detail. We will definitely be back again!

From the minute we walked into the hotel we loved it! Rosa J was a pleasure at check in and gave us a great room with a view of the ocean! We spent lots of time at the beach in the comfy lounge chairs. Hotel was clean, spacious room with 2 bathrooms!!!

The Grand Beach Hotel at SurfSide is an amazing property with great ocean views, amazing service, full bar and a great restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, family or business.

We love it here . Staff are very friendly and very helpful . Rooms are spacious and great views of the sea Location perfect. Beach beds v comfy . Needs side tables though ! Roof top pool with spectacular views is perfect on a windy day. One of the best value hotels in USA and we can’t wait to come back next year.
