Was there a few years ago, a lot of negative changes have taken place, the entrance and the hall are no longer so nice. Room musty, bathroom not clean, strange hair on the floor.

My wife and daughter stayed here, and I am very satisfied. However, I couldn't see the sea, so it was upgraded to a sea view room. The entire Ctrip booking process is very smooth and convenient, and Ctrip's service is very good, praise 👍

It’s a beautiful and very expensive luxury hotel, but we endured cold showers during our entire stay due to the water not heating properly. I reported it to the front desk. I called and left a message for the manager twice and he never returned my call. He knocked resort fees and taxes off our bill as a tiny compensation for our miserable cold shower experience. We will not stay there again.

The Grand Beach hotel staff have zero customer service training. It’s like they read from a script and don’t connect with the guests at all. Unfriendly and condescending is how I would describe our interaction with most of the staff. The hotel was not full and they were still unable to check us in until 4pm on our arrival day. We travelled with our adult children and had three rooms during our stay. One was dark, one had a very bad vinegar like odor(probably to camouflage mold) and all had many issues…dirty, stained furniture(seriously we could not sit on the couch), floors in disrepair, sinks do not drain, mini bar broken, not enough storage space, shower water takes forever to get hot, room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival or any day of our stay, towels are worn and ripped, pillows were too big, tv/internet had terrible service. Expensive rates, mediocre food and $10 coffee. Will NOT recommend or return to this place. One mention I must add is for Richard R. Thank you for doing your best to make us as comfortable as possible. You are very kind and competent and we appreciate all of your assistance during our stay.

Our stay at the Grand Beach Hotel at the Surfside was amazing!! The customer service was excellent and the valet manager Edson Belfond was very attentive and helpful. He has great customer service answered all our questions. We highly recommend Grand Beach Hotel!

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel's elegant ambiance, combined with impeccable service, made for an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and boasted breathtaking views. The amenities were top-notch with an amazing rooftop! Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel!

Location is right on the beach. Very beautiful. Lobby is nice. Rooms are spacious and we loved the second bathroom in our suite. Could use a little TLC in some minor areas. There was a large stain on the carpet in the hallway on our floor. No cushion on the lounger on our deck. Checkout was 11, they gave us complimentary late checkout until noon but our room keys were deactivated when we returned from breakfast at 10:45 AM the day we were leaving.

Nice size rooms and showers are roomy and nice! The staff are professional and personal! Beautiful outside beach and surroundings. We had an amazing grouper sandwich and a and caesar salad…. Delicious! I would highly recommended this hotel.

We had lunch at La Plage and the food was deliscious but more than that, the service was amazing! Our waitress, Etty, was excellent and so friendly and hospitable. We had been at the restaurant only once two years ago and she remembered us and even where we sat. Truly amazing!
