Just for reference, my status with Marriott Bonvoy is Lifetime Platinum Elite so I've stayed at many Marriott properties. That said, the majority of my experiences are awesome, home away from home... The staff at this property is amazing, especially the front desk manager, Maryann Solomon Mederia, the general manager and the young lady that was working at the pool pub/cafe. The facility lobby/front desk area is inviting however housekeeping could use a little work. While they take care of the main things their attention to the details are lacking i.e. elevator cabs, cheerios left in corners of the room for days, appliances need to be wiped down, toilet paper holder needed to be repaired,,, etc... Overall my stay was just okay, I paid a premium price, approximately $500 per/night including taxes and fees, plus $38 per/night for parking and had just an "ordinary" experience... From the photos and description on the website my experience did not live up to the hype!
