Achtung vor diesem Hotel! Wir waren im Juni 2023 dort. Ich habe sehr oft meine Kreditkarte durch den Apparat ziehen müssen, aber es funktionierte angeblich erst beim fünften oder sechsten Mal. Als ich daheim war sind mir die Übernachtungskosten gleich zweimal abgebucht worden. Ich habe sofort das Hotel kontaktiert und habe auch eine Erstattung bekommen. Allerdings nicht den kompletten Preis! Seit dem wollen sie nichts mehr wissen und verweisen mich immer auf meine Bank, dass es die Schuld meiner Bank wäre. Bis heute habe ich nicht den vollen Betrag erstattet bekommen! Ich weiß nicht, ob ich ein Einzelfall war, oder ob es mit (fast) jedem Kunden so gemacht wird!

location and view is amazing only ... nothing else .. old building .. not so clean .. always food smell in the whole building .. noisy , .. the service is very bad .. lazy ..
the food is terrible .. breakfast and lunch buffet is disaster ..
cafe menue is limited ..
in general it's not good

The road up to the hotel is awful very frightening as steep and twisting. Local cars drive very fast. It took us 20mins to drive up from the main road. Once we arrived the staff meet us with happy faces smiling and made us so welcome we almost forgot the road. The room had a wonderful view and was large and comfortable but could do with some updating. The menu was very limited for a snack in the afternoon. But again happy friendly staff almost made up for it. We stayed 2 nights. There was a lovely pool which we saw being cleaned both days but never saw anyone using it. The staff are better than 5stars if only the hotel entrance was better this would be a wonderful place
