Rude cleaning people. No one ever in the front desk, no bell. Garbage in front, near breakfast restaurant that was never picked up in 3 days

Decent hotel for the price, close to everything you need. Kids loved the pool. Only concern was there were some broken tiles and 2 of our kids cut themselves on them. We did notify the front desk so hopefully they fix them.

Really disappointed the hot tub jets weren’t working. I called the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. If I knew the hot tub wasn’t functioning I never would have booked a room there!!

The woman at the front desk was rude to us the moment we walked in for absolutely no reason. Even my mom was unimpressed with how she treated us and she gets along with everyone. Overall it was alright I wouldn’t recommend coming with kids as they are very serious about being quiet and no running at any time.
