Nice and clean with great view.

We always come to this hotel when we want to spend a romantic night. The room interior is modern and pretty. Just sad that this hotel does not provide tooth brushes unless you ask them for it. (So before we head to our room we tell the front desk to give us the toothbrushes). I also booked this hotel on my birthday :) The guy who works at the front desk is very very kind and patient. I totally recommend this hotel

Great experience, but there wasn’t a fridge in the room

The room size is quite small, clean and tidy, and the sound insulation is good. The location is close to the Skytrain station, and there are Tims and Wal-Mart nearby, which is more convenient. Temporary booking room, the price is high.

In the center of North Surrey, shopping, eating and drinking are convenient, the hotel is relatively new, near the light rail, and the room is not big

Advantages: The decoration can be called a 4-star hotel, the traffic location is convenient, quiet, safe, and the front desk service is in place. At this price, it can be said to be cost-effective Disadvantages: no refrigerator, no indoor swimming pool, a few hairs on the bed, in addition, the air conditioner of this hotel is adjusted to 32 degrees and it blows cold air. This is the case twice, and finally complained about the parking lot that the hotel cooperates with, and clearly told the front desk about the license plate I also confirmed that the license plate number is correct. The hotel system entered my license plate number. The parking lot still put a warning on my windshield the next day saying that this is a hotel parking space. Fortunately, there is no ticket or tow away.

Civic Autograph is stunning hotel inside and out. It's also easy to access with a great parking situation, friendly staff and nice rooms!

Extremely clean with a very helpful and attentive staff. Definitely the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at.

Convenient stay next to the mall and tram station. You have to pay for parking though because they share a garage with city hall.

Amazing stay !! Beautifull rooms, and the staff is so nice and the restaurant has a great menu with Gluten Free and Vegetarian options.

The location of the hotel was great, and the receptionist and staff were the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered. The hotel made a lovely first impression, and everything about it was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and the room itself was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and I hope to return for a longer visit in the future.
