Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Surry Hills

So far one of the best price/value/ central location/high standard option I’ve ever had in sydney. A lovely place to stay , quiet area, close by the best bars and restaurants of the city. Oh and I was about to forget to mention… the pool is just the cherry on the cake ❤️

Convenient location! Spacious and comfortable suite in a hip and historic area.

The pool and spa area is wonderful. It is surrounded by a beautiful inner city garden. My family loved escaping to this beautiful space. The room was great. Definitely recommend staying here.

The adina is our favourite hotel in Sydney.

Recently had a 5 night stay at Adina Apartments Surry Hills and only wished I discovered this place earlier as I travel to Sydney each year.From the reception staff to house keeping I found to be welcoming and pleasant. Great location walking distance to Central Station light rail and the CBD and surrounded by cafes and eateries this was the perfect location. Beds were comfy apartment very clean spacious modern appliances with a city view equipped gym pool and spa. Already looking forward to my next stay.

We spent 15 days at Adina Surry Hills during Christmas and New Year's Eve. The apartment is very outdated. The pictures are heavily photoshopped and incredibly misleading. The furniture, cupboards, doors, and curtains were disgustingly marked and broken, as if no one had washed them for 20 years. Considering how expensive it is, I wouldn't recommend it. The apartment was not clean upon entry. It had a peculiar smell, breadcrumbs on the kitchen counter, hair in the bathroom, an empty handwash soap container, fingerprint marks all over the windows, and sticky surfaces, handles, fridge, etc. The staff was nice, but it wasn't a wow welcoming experience. We found cockroaches in the kitchen from day 1. They performed a "deep clean," but it wasn't very effective as cockroaches were found in the next days, including on the balcony and in the bathroom. We intentionally left the dead cockroach in the living room, and the cleaners didn't even collect it. It was Xmas time and NYE, so we didn't have a lot of options and decided to stay. The location was amazing, and the views from the 4th floor were great, but the balcony and furniture were so outdated and old that it wasn't inviting to spend time there, let alone with the presence of huge cockroaches. The garden area is beautiful, really nice, but the pool was dirty, and the water had a green color, so I didn't bother using it. I am sorry to say, but I wouldn't recommend that place.
