brand new, clean with good odor. quiet location but easy to get around. We arrived earlier than check-in time but the room was available, staff allowed us to get the room. Appreciate it!!

The hotel room has a very strange smell every day. The location is on the mountain, which is a bit inconvenient. I have to climb the mountain every day. There are many Brunch shops nearby, and they are all very good. The hotel service is very good, but the room hygiene is average, the setting is poor, the bathroom water is not drained well, and all the water comes up.

Overall, the hotel was new and clean and hopefully ongoing maintenance is done to ensure it is kept that way. Also, loved the early check-in that they were able to accommodate.
Housekeeping could be improved though. My room was not tidied up after I got back from a morning breakfast and walk and I suspect was only done at about noon.

The room was very small, the king-size bed could only be put up and down on one side, and a king-size bed room was not available for 2 people. There was almost no space to unpack, and there was not even a wardrobe. Later, we changed to a king-size bed room, which improved things. The location is still convenient
