A hotel with no empathy or social responsibility
We booked a total of four nights. I decided to go back to my country to see a doctor because I was sick and checked in that night. Provide medical documents to the hotel, and the hotel front desk responded coldly that the first night would be charged 100%, and the next three nights would be charged 50%.
From beginning to end, I only followed the regulations without any care or retirement plan. Even after the negotiation, there was no reply to the phone call.
As a third-party platform, Ctrip even showed care by providing a 20% subsidy for losses.
