A nice place with good services. The room condition is good, clean and tidy.

Nice place beds where soft

Front desk was efficient and knowledgeable. Room was clean; beds good. Facility not full but room occupied above us sounded like elephants pounding. Why must motels stack guests rather than spread us out?

We liked the TV channels. The light switches were dirty. I had to clean them with clorox wipes. The white wood going into the bathroom was very dirty. It was white after i cleaned it. We paid extra for the jetted bath tub but it looked disgusting and old. The wood trim did not get updated like the rest of the room. Very sad to pay for upgrades at a hotel and skimp on some areas. One sink did not have a stopper. This room, 145, should not be rented out until this is taken care of. The room looked very tacky and unclean. Lots of garbage in the parking lot. Room 146, we got changed to, dirty too and the fridge was making some kind of gurgling sound, we unplugged it. The price is not worth the 150.00 we had to spend. Best Western owners need to visit this location. Subpar compared to other properties we have visited and will not return to this location.

Mostly good.

Tile grout in the bathroom shower was very moldy. The soap dispensers attached to the wall did not work. The door moldings were disguise the wood rot with thick paint. I accidently touched the molding and it broke off. All the floors are wood and if you are bare foot you get dirt on your feet. The free breakfast at the restaurant cost me $4.37 because I ordered over easy instead of scrambled. The property had cig butts in the planters and pot holes in the pavement. Not returning ever.

This place is disgusting. Hotel staff is nice, breakfast restaurant was good. But room was horrid. I actually had to check to make sure there wasn’t bed bugs.

Comfortable and clean room. Finally a quiet air conditioner was a bonus. Best breakfast so far, real tasty eggs and nice and fluffy pancakes. Service was good close to shopping and restaurants. Only issue we had was none of the soap dispensers had anything in them.

The room and beds were okay, just could use some updating. The heaters in the rooms are old and do not work well. The staff was very nice and helpful when we requested help with the heater. They do offer an excellent breakfast at the restaurant next door. Nice hot, fresh with real eggs.
