Super friendly front desk agent(Rachel, I believe) She acknowledged my titanium status, gave me 2 free waters and a snack after checking in. The lobby, elevator, and hall floors were spotless! My room was amazing! Very spacious, clean and fresh. My bed was VERY comfortable, with ample fluffy pillows. I had a restful night, and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

My husband and I have been driving home cross country, from LA to Downeast Maine. This was by far the best hotel accommodation of the past week: great room layout, tasteful decor, very friendly and helpful staff.

Passing through on our way home to New England for the holidays. This is the second time we’ve stopped here and the service is great and consistent. Hotel is clean, beds are comfy, and the breakfast is good.

My name is Scott, we were travelling from Canada to Washington for a volleyball Tournament and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service, cleanliness and spacious rooms including a pull out couch, and breakfast was delicious!! Great job to the hotel manager Scott and his team :) We will be staying here in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!
