I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel. After checking out, I accidentally left a bag in my room containing three items: a dress, a cardigan, and a jacket. The hotel confirmed in writing that they found all three items together. However, when they returned my belongings, I only received the dress and the cardigan — my jacket was missing, even though they acknowledged they had it. The General Manager informed me that their IT department was “pulling security footage” for the police to review. Later, a police officer contacted me and said they had a suspect, but the hotel failed to provide any video evidence, so the police could not open a formal case. After that, the hotel stopped following up with me. No updates, no investigation, and no compensation for my missing item, which was worth approximately $1,000. It is unacceptable for a property under this brand to handle a situation like this with such a lack of responsibility and professionalism. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely unsupported as a guest. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on how poorly they handled the loss of my personal property.

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. Convenient location. The folks at the front desk were also soo friendly, even late at night when I checked in. I would definitely stay here again.

Great water pressure also nice and hot. Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful, check in was seamless. We travelled with a friend and she had a separate room that had some type of small bugs all over the window sill her room was changed immediately her next room was like our room Cobb webs not very clean some cosmetic repairs were done poorly. Lackluster bathroom amenities lotion hand soap etc.. continental breakfast was standard. The noise level of other guest was out of hand at 4am. I was in Hershey

Easy for a family stay. Arrival was great. We were accommodated with early check in. Breakfast was average American hot breakfast fare. Rooms were decent size with two bath and two beds. We asked for house keeping each day, but service was not provided. Likely understaffed.
