Lea Marston Hotel

We enjoyed the pool, and the jacuzzi. Golf range was fun, our first experience. A lot of the staff were great, we would certainly visit again with family members Sat watching the ducklings was a nice added bonus 😇 Always happy to visit bodymoor as we were so close. Utv 🦁

Clean. Easy check in. Good service. Would recommend to all.

I booked again and upgraded my room and it’s really elevated my stay definitely recommend the superior room if staying. Only one I am booking from now on

The morning of the booking, I ended up unwell and unable to travel. I contacted the hotel to attempt a transfer of dates. I genuinely didn't expect refund or anything at this late notice, even though it was out of my hands as it was illness. However, the response was abrupt, without any concern at all, just no, "we would be unable to refund this booking in anyway". I did not ask for a refund... that was obvious... just ransfer from date, or even a bit of understanding for having stomach issues and not making a 3 hour journey... I would never book with these again. For being genuinely unelwell they were awful and I would definitely not recommend them. I did respond and state that I would attempt to come anyway as id tried to be responsible but they were just dismissive. I did offer to send photographic evidence of my stomach issue.... this was ignored.

Hotel,seemed a bit ‘tired’ probably seen better days! Location was good for a birthday party but party food not great for coeliacs.

Room was very clean and tidy. Needs a little upgrade to enable usb ports in plus sockets would be a positive step, but overall very tidy and quiet.

The stay was suppose to be relaxing. The hotel was great however the stay was a let down when golf course maintenance woke us up right outside the window with a hedge trimmer at 7am which lasted right up until we checked out. Sad end to the stay.

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.
