這家酒店沒有洗漱用品，牙刷和拖鞋都沒有提供，要另外購買。最後我們外出走10分鐘去外賣。
床單上有不知名的體毛，但並不屬於我們的，我們還沒有躺上去掀開被子就發現了，真的是很影響入住的感受，這應該是目前為止住過體驗感最差的酒店了。
This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

地點非常方便，飲食及近Sutton 火車站。酒店提供兩種速度的WIFi. 一種是免費。速度比較緩慢。另一種是商務，費用每日$5磅。另外因為疫情關係，酒店是四天才執一次房。以同一個客人計，當然要清酒啲垃圾及毛巾可以要求樓層管房交到門口及垃圾用膠袋放門口。

Been here the 3rd time and as usual I loved how staff was so friendly and how good they took care of me. Great hotel position since just by a few meters you'd be able to find all the services anyone would need (groceries, transports ect) and just 30-40 minutes to central London by train. Bed is super comfy and found room very clean. Thank you again and see you soon!!

We stayed here after a theatre trip in London as we know the area. We travelled back home to Sussex the next day.

Clean rooms and extremely polite and helpful staff.The guys at the reception desk have gone above and beyond to help me with everything and kept my luggage after I checked out.It is also very quiet despite being next to a main road.Even when I did a very late booking and check in in the middle of the night the reception staff had been very helpful.Would definitely recommend.

Again Great stay, we have been here last year and again we had really great stay at London Sutton, very clean rooms , the team in reception and restaurant are so good, next morning we had lovely breakfast , will come back in around October/November
