Room is clean, nice staff. Very close to Sutton railway station which is around 1 hour train from London central area. Supermarkets and restaurants are available nearby either.

The rooms are modern and basic and have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sutton. Comfortable bed and pillows Clean rooms with air con Nice bathroom with excellent shower Staff were helpful and polite Only issue was being woken by the very keen cleaning staff on the dot of check out time, after I’d arranged a later checkout with the reception team the night before. Otherwise, it was good.

It’s been a home-warm trip for us while we stayed in this hotel for two weeks. First of all, we could be granted an early check-in as we arrived at Sutton. That allowed us to settle right after the long flight. It’s really out of our expectation! Secondly, the room is spacious and the air-conditioning was just right for good sleep. We did come across some difficulties in the shower facilities. But the reception & the maintenance team were very helpful. In fact, the team tried to solve the problem disregarding how late it was. That’s really impressive! Also, the breakfast was rich with healthy varieties. Therefore, we did eat quite a lot without gaining much weight! With the plan of revisiting the place, we would like to suggest that setting up self-help laundry service which may give us much help in the future. Thanks again with our heart-felt appreciation!

I recently stayed at the Sutton Ibis Hotel for a week and had a fantastic experience. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. room adequate but bed not made on 2nd day - only rubbish bins emptied. Also very noisy fire alarm testing (twice).

Good hotel & services, near Sutton Town, near train station & airport bus, food just walking distance. Definitly will be come back again.

Everything is good. But there was no refrigerator. That was weird.

Good enough for one night. Looks a bit bare but has everything you need.
