Отличный ресторан( большой ассортимент меню), вежливый персонал, отель не большой но уютный. Рядом есть все. Принимают с животными( за дополнительную плату) . Есть парковка на улице , район спокойный так что машину можно спокойно оставлять.

This isn’t a hotel, this is a wedding house or a disco. The booking this hotel was a big mistake. The hotel organizes a party with alcohol and loud disco polo music. Drunken people scream all night and music can be heard all over the hotel. For the reception it isn’t a problem that other guests cannot sleep. There time stopped 20 years ago; there was no renovation and no cleaning of the rooms. I have never seen such a dirty carpet. Spider's webs in the corners. The price is too expensive for such standardization. The staff don’t wear covid face masks. Never again!

Te 3 duże plusy za czystość, niską cenę i smaczne i obfite śniadania. Minus za nieprzestrzeganie restrykcji anycovid. Nikt z obsługi nie chodził w maseczce. Gdy na śniadaniu zapytałem kelnerkę czy obsługa nie powinna mieć założonych maseczek, to usłyszałem, że powinna, po czym pani kelnerka dalej obsługiwała gości bez maseczki. Nie ma się co dziwić że klienci też chodzą bez maseczek. Hotel zasłużyłby na lepszą opinię, ale mam wrażenie że im nie zależy. W pokoju tylko łóżko było pościelone, kanapę musieliśmy ścielić sami. Nie mam z tym problemu, ale gdybym nie musiał sam ścielić nie zobaczyłbym jak brudna, zaplamiona i popsuta jest ta kanapa. Czy na pewno goście powinni ją taką widzieć? Łazienka mikroskopijna - np. ktoś kto chce skorzystać z sedesu nie tylko musi czuć potrzebę ale być też całkiem gibki. Mieliśmy pokój od strony ulicy, było bardzo głośno, spać się nie dało, bo to jakaś karetka na sygnale, bo to jakiś suwalski rajdowiec, ciągle coś. A że klimatyzacji nie ma to podczas letniej nocy jest gorąco. Było nas czworo, ale dostaliśmy tylko 3 ręczniki, 2 butelki wody i po 2 szamponiki i mydełka.

we came at midnight, hotel was still working, rooms are a bit old, but you have everything you need: private bathroom, free coffee at your room, bottles of water. staff speaks in english without any problems. breakfast was amazing! highly recommended
