酒店門上沒有英文 Mirrors Hotel Suzdal 字樣，衹有俄語名稱，找的時候疑惑半天，費了點時間。還好有導航，拿了事先打印好的訂單到前台詢問後方才確認了是這家酒店。
洗澡水很好，入住一晚滿意

房間不大，但是經濟實惠，酒店環境安靜安全，樓前停車非常踏實。出門餐廳超市一應俱全。服務人員熱情專業，總體體驗不錯。

多次入住這裏，酒店就在主街附近，非常方便，你完全可以走路去一切地方，離超市也近，圖片中的餐廳美味又實惠，在酒店對面的街上。蘇茲達爾堪比童話世界般美麗。

Замечательная гостиница. Все чистенько, все пожелания выполняют. Доп кровать для ребенка поставили при въезде. В номере тепло и уютно. Шампунь, гель для душа, чай, кофе-все есть. Завтраки - шведский стол, великолепно. Шампанское, медовуха можно выпить бокальчик за завтраком. Не хуже Испании, а может быть и лучше. В Европе подают все готовое - сыр, колбасы, йогурт, яйца. Здесь повар старается - творожная запеканка, блинчики - волшебные, омлет-ребенок высоко оценила, рисовая каша, плюс вкусные десерты. Вообщем 10 из 10

Мы рады, что остановились именно в отеле Ажур; номер был очень чистым, ванная комната просторная, удобная и тоже чистая. Постельное белье и полотенца идеальные. Завтрак был сытным и с большим выбором, и сам отель в целом очень уютный и приятный. Есть своя парковка, а также можно остановиться с питомцем. Все сотрудники отеля и официанты доброжелательные и отзывчивые.

Ездили в этот отель не один год. Больше не приедем. После смены владельца все стало катастрофически хуже, от персонала на ресепшен до ресторана отеля. В частности после оплаты двух номеров через месяц получили уведомление о том, что бронь снята ввиду отсутствия оплаты. После скандала выяснилось, что ресепшен и бухгалтерия вообще не связаны друг с другом и как они получают подтверждение оплаты вообще непонятно. Кстати счет на оплату мы просили три раза… В отеле больше нет никаких мастер-классов для детей, никаких развлечений. Унылый отель с сумасшедшими ценами, с не всегда чистыми номерами. Ресторан это отдельная тема. После смены владельца цены стали выше московских, зато меню сократилось и стало заурядным. Как следствие народу в ресторане немного…

Провели тут две ночи. Всё отлично. Чисто, аккуратно. Вай-фай, парковка. Нужно быть готовыми к тому, что у отеля два корпуса. У нас получилось, что два номера жили в основном здании и один номер дали во втором. Также нужно понимать, что ресторан находится с другой стороны здания. И из любого корпуса до него нужно идти по улице. Месторасположение идеальное! Две минуты до торговых рядов. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Докупали завтраки при заселении (800₽ на одного взрослого). Ассортимент достаточный, качество еды хорошее. В номере есть все необходимое: чайник и чайно-кофейный набор, мини холодильник, тапочки, халаты, полотенца.
