The subway station is also incredibly close, just a two-minute walk away. However, being in a central location, the surrounding area can be a bit noisy.

The hygiene was excellent, and the facilities were complete and excellent. There was a free gym and laundry room. The breakfast was delicious, and the oranges were fresh and delicious. There was also a free late-night porridge stall in the evening, which was really nice to have a bowl of before bed. Transportation was also very convenient, with taxis and subways easily available. It was an experience beyond my expectations!

It's cost-effective to go to Olympic Sports Center to watch Xue Zhiqian's Suzhou concert. It's in a park. It costs 18 yuan to take a taxi to Olympic Sports Center, and 12/13 yuan to go home after taking the subway. It's 2km to AEON Supermarket, and there are supper from 9.30 to 11pm. It's good in all aspects.

My spouse and I were just looking for a place to stay while traveling, and we'd heard that Atour hotels have really comfortable bedding. So we decided to give it a try. And wow, it was true! We slept so well, right through the night until we woke up naturally. The pillows and mattress were especially comfortable; in fact, I even bought Atour pillows for our home. The duvet was also light and cozy. The room itself was stylish, spacious, and very tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. I'll definitely book Atour again next time, because a good night's sleep is so important for the next day's travel! Plus, the hotel's location is excellent. You can spot the Atour hotel building from afar as soon as you exit the North Square of Suzhou Station, making it super easy to find, and it's close to many attractions too.

During the National Day holiday, my family and I chose this Atour hotel for our trip to Suzhou. We primarily picked it because of its proximity to the subway station. However, after checking in, we realized that despite being close to the subway, the hotel's location in Wujiang District (which was formerly a county-level city before being merged into the district system) meant it was too far from the main urban area. Getting to any scenic spots in the city center required at least ten or more subway stops, and a ride-hailing service would take over half an hour and cost upwards of 30-40 RMB, which was very time-consuming. Additionally, the room's circuit control design was poorly thought out. The bathroom, shower room, and vanity all shared a single switch. Since the vanity area wasn't separated from the main room, and the shower room had frosted glass partitions, at night we couldn't turn on the lights to use the restroom without disturbing others. We had to rely on our phone flashlights for illumination.

The location is very good, the ticket was issued quickly, and warm water was given when checking out. The water tasted good. I was very satisfied with this stay. This trip to Suzhou was entirely based on the subway. The hotel is right outside the subway station, which is really convenient.

This was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and overall, the service was excellent. They proactively upgraded our room during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. For Mid-Autumn Festival, they even gave us mooncakes and other small gifts. The hotel is conveniently located in Suzhou's Gusu District, making it easy to get around. Plus, they offer complimentary valet parking, which is a huge bonus! 👍 I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
