Had fun with 小安小安。 My kids don’t even want to come back home as the hotel stay is so good, high tech and room is clean. Can even ktv in the room as the sound proof is good, not disturbing the neighbours. Staff is very friendly and helpful and most importantly, it’s a barrier free hotel with lift and slopes for pram/wheel chair to move around. Will stay here again when I visit Suzhou the next round. 👍

I stayed at Anshe Hotel in Suzhou for two nights and had a great experience! The hotel is very well located in Suzhou’s historic center, within walking distance of Pingjiang Road, one of the city’s most charming areas, known for its canals, traditional houses, tea shops, restaurants, and lively atmosphere. It is also close to Guanqian Street and a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Before my arrival, I sent a message asking for recommendations on local attractions, and they responded promptly with useful suggestions.
The hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay while spending most of their time exploring Suzhou. It does not offer facilities such as a restaurant, spa, or gym, but that was not an issue for me given its excellent location. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including bathrobes and slippers. The hotel was quiet despite being close to many attractions, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Pingjiang Road and Guantang Street. Downstairs, there are tons of restaurants and snack bars – you can find anything you need. It's also right by the subway exit, making getting around super convenient.
As for the ambiance, it's excellent. Downstairs has a really ethereal, almost magical feel. Entry is fully facial recognition-based, which adds a great layer of privacy. While the room is a bit small, the facilities are very complete. The mini-fridge is stocked with cold drinks, which is a detail worth praising – even five-star hotels don't always offer that kind of thoughtfulness.
The front desk staff carried my bags and escorted me to my room, providing excellent service throughout.
Plus, having both ground and underground parking facilities is a very considerate touch.
Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and give it full marks!

Service: Excellent! The staff were all incredibly gentle and their service was top-notch.
Facilities: Very new. A special shout-out to the showerhead – the water pressure was amazing, and you didn't even need to adjust the temperature; you could be done showering in 10 seconds.
The hotel is very close to Pingjiang Road. If you're driving, you can park in the underground garage of the mall across the street, and the hotel will reimburse you for it, which is really great. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.
