The staff were really enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The location is great, and it's convenient for self-driving with easy parking. You step right out into a lively market street, making it super easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. Plus, it's very convenient to get to all the major attractions.

I chose this Hampton by Hilton for my trip to Guanqian Street, and the front desk staff, Qibao, left a deep impression on me. She's very knowledgeable about her work, and explained all the benefits clearly and professionally. I had a last-minute request to store my luggage, and she immediately arranged it, responding incredibly quickly. She was polite and gentle, and her service was top-notch. I really love this front desk lady; she deserves a hundred points!

Hampton by Hilton Guanqian Street offers excellent value for money! The location is great, the rooms are new, and the bedding is comfortable – perfect for two people. The breakfast is abundant, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly cooked noodles are a real plus. The staff are always smiling and happy to help with anything. Check-out was fast, and they even gave us a small gift. It's definitely the right choice for friends traveling together. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou!
