My experience at Qiyu Pie Hotel in Suzhou was absolutely fantastic! The overall design is incredibly stylish, with simple yet refined decor that's full of character. Every detail shows care, making it a great spot for photos. The location near Shantang Street is super convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and the staff were all friendly and thoughtful. The entire stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou!

If you're visiting Suzhou, this is the guesthouse to pick! The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Shantang Street, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The guesthouse itself has a really elegant and atmospheric vibe. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the private hot spring experience is incredibly relaxing. The owner is wonderfully warm and attentive, making everything from dining to sightseeing completely stress-free. It's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for your travels and accommodation!

I had three main issues with this hotel. First, there's no free parking. We paid 42 yuan for one day, which is quite a lot considering the room rate isn't cheap. If you're looking to avoid parking fees, this isn't the place for you. Second, the hot water in the room was a problem. It kept fluctuating between hot and cold during my shower. Luckily, it's summer; otherwise, I'd probably catch a cold. Third, the service attitude was just okay. The room I booked looked completely different from the pictures online. When I called the front desk around 2 or 3 PM to tell them about the layout discrepancy, they said other rooms weren't cleaned yet, and my only other option was to cancel the reservation. Normal check-in is at 2 PM, right? If I had checked in early and they said the room wasn't ready, I'd understand. But I checked in at the standard time! When I checked out, the front desk asked if I was satisfied. I mentioned the hot water issue. After I left, they sent me a cancellation order, offering a 10% discount on my original room rate, implying that if I accepted, I couldn't leave a review. I refused. Overall, my experience was very poor. I'd advise others to be cautious when choosing this hotel, as you can find much better options for this price.

The hotel has a Japanese style, and when I entered the lobby, my eyes lit up! The location is also excellent, right near Shantang Street! Shantang Street at night is amazing for a stroll; it was still bustling with people even at 10 PM, very lively!

The room was spacious and lovely, and even had a terrace. The bathtub was also very comfortable for a soak. The hotel environment was very clean, and the location was super convenient – close to the subway, and just a short walk to Shantang Street for food and drinks.
