Parking is available.

The host was very nice. I forgot to pick up something, so I contacted the cleaning lady and she delivered it to the front desk on the first floor.

First of all, the quilt and sheets had obvious stains. No one responded after the feedback. There were loopholes in the parking and check-in routes, which resulted in us staying for half an hour before entering the room at 11 pm. The bathroom smelled very bad, and the bath towels and other supplies were also very old. The service was not worth it, the environment was not worth it, and the experience was extremely poor.

The room was spacious and had a fantastic view. I could see the bustling city at night, Jinji Lake, and the Big Pants. The sunset view was fantastic. There were also Go and other board games in the room, and I could even play a three-person five-in-a-row game. The customer service was incredibly friendly and responsive. I couldn't sleep at 3:00 AM because I was too hot to sleep and realized I had the floor heating on. They responded immediately and helped me find the AC remote. They also proactively helped me contact Ctrip's official customer service for any other issues I had. I was very satisfied with the experience. Thank you.
