Very excellent service. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 10:30 which was 1.30 hr. before check in time but front desk staff helped me check in with no waiting time. It took only 3-4 mins to walk between Pingghelu station and hotel which made it is very convenient to go to Suzhou attraction points. Room is big and clean. All necessary amenities were provided. The bed is comfortable. When I was back from my trip in the evening, there was bag of fruit hanged in front of my door which made me felt surprised and greatful. Hotel breakfast is various and delicious. Strongly recommend.

I am very happy with the stay the staffs are super helpful and allow us to check in early. Hotel room is very clean & modern. The plus point is the location. It is only one station away from suzhou railway station and travelling to places of interest is very near too. We only commute via metro as the hotel is only 5 min to the metro. I strongly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very good.
• helpful receptionists

• location is perfect, close to mrt.
• room is very clean

Quit new, clean and quiet hotel. Not far from all sight sides and real station. Service personal is very kind.

Good location near metro and easy for Suzhou station. Room was well organized, especially the lighting switches. The free fruit was a nice touch and the delivery robot was fast. I will stay again.

Clean. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Modern.still new.breakfast is okay. I get upgrade room . Near awanda plaza to have lunch or dinner. Have robot to deliver food to room.location is good

Hotel is a 5min walk to the nearest train station and not located near any of the tourist attractions.. the hotel lobby is on a side entrance of a building that looks like its a pretty empty mall or office building. Slightly confusing. Room is spacious and clean. Do note that the room has automated curtains that can possibly malfunction and close on its own in the middle of the night.

Good location, the hotel is quite clean and the room is ok. Breakfast could be improved, for instance offering omelet and more nuts and cereals. The hotel has a private free parking, very convenient for those going there by car. The staff can't speak english, but we can communicate through wechat.

The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They also gave guest some Boness gifts just for booking at the hotel. The hotel is located near Subway access short walking distance shopping mall with restaurants. Also a short walking distance great location great service great amenities, such as a workout gym And washing facilities.

Hotel room spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were caught by typhoon and got to to stay in hotel whole day, as we’re not local so we not sure how to order food delivery and hotel staff aware of our situation and provided us with free food. We are deeply touched by their kind gesture. Will definitely come back again.

Few mins walk to metro station. Breakfast varieties are good and room is clean. Also satisfied with how hotel handled our request. We had a good stay!
